Index funds listed in Europe

Index funds listed in Europe, covering whole markets. 17 symbols, each with a line on what it is.

An index fund holds a whole market, or a large part of one, at once rather than a few chosen companies. This list collects index funds traded on European exchanges, in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London. The short version covers the usual building blocks: the whole world, developed markets, the US, the Nasdaq 100, emerging markets, Europe, and bonds worldwide. The full version adds a fund of developed and emerging markets together, an S&P 500 fund that pays out dividends, small company funds in the US and Europe, an equal-weight S&P 500, eurozone government and inflation-linked bonds, and two products backed by gold. Each row says what the fund holds. Costs, fund currency and tax treatment are not shown here, and they differ between funds that track the same index.
