Terms
Last updated 3 November 2026. Back to the charts
By using MChart you agree to these terms. They're short so that you can read them.
What this is
MChart is a free app for following markets, run by one private person in Finland, Miika Härmä. Everything here is general information. Nothing is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Prices and data
Prices, news and other data come from third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, so check with your broker or another official source before you act on them.
No promises
The app is offered as it is. It can change, pause or stop at any time, and your lists could be lost, so keep your own copy of anything important. We aren't responsible for losses from using it, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Fair use
Use the app for yourself. Don't scrape it, overload it, resell its data or use it to break the law. We can't give you rights to data we don't own.
Lists you share
You're responsible for the names you give lists you publish. If a shared list is unlawful or abusive, email mchart.app@gmail.com or tell us through Send feedback, with its address, and we can take it down.
Accounts
You need to be at least 13 to make an account. You can close it at any time by emailing mchart.app@gmail.com or asking through Send feedback. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Law and changes
Finnish law applies. If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
